Using Datasets

Researchers are welcome to access and reuse the data deposited in Lingnan Data Repository, as long as they comply with the terms of use specified by the dataset owner.

Searching for Data

Citing Data

To cite a dataset,  you can either copy the data citation directly from the dataset page. The default citation style in Lingnan Data Repository is based on the Joint Declaration of Data Citation Principles (2014). Alternatively, you may also choose the "Cite Dataset" option to download the data citation in your preferred format. For more about data citation, you can refer to this guide.

If you have any questions or need to get in touch with the dataset owner, such as to request access to restricted files, click on "Contact Owner" and fill out the provided form.
