Doing Business

Doing Business provides objective measures of business regulations and their enforcement in different countries, such as starting a business, dealing with licenses, employing workers, registering property, getting credit, protecting investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contracts, as well as closing a business. The Doing Business indicators are comparable across 189 economies. They indicate the regulatory costs of business and can be used to analyze specific regulations that enhance or constrain investment, productivity, and growth.

The Economic Rankings ranks economies on their ease of doing business. By comparing different rankings, this can help in making final decision in choosing an appropriate manufacturing location for the firm.

Benchmarking business regulations are provided by World Bank. The site offers sufficient information for those who want to start business in anywhere of the world.
